Once the perfect quality hair been created, we further check their reliability by testing the samples. We procure samples and these samples are tested by us. Following steps are taken to check the samples:

• Burn test: This is done to ensure only original human hair is used and not synthetic hair is mixed.

• Bleach test: This is done to ensure only virgin remy hair are used.

• Cuticle test: This is done to ensure only virgin remy hair are used.

• Washing: The best test is to expose the samples to the conditions to which they would be exposed. The samples are washed in lukewarm water with some conditioners. Then we see whether the hair tangles or not, how easy is to comb, how much shredding is there.  Multiple washes are done to see the life of the hair.

The assurance process is not over, until and unless there is a quality assurance and quality control at critical steps of production then there are chances the final product may be of inferior quality. OSNOVA INC have developed in-house quality control checklist and guidelines which are followed by us.

• Procurement of Raw material: This needs to be procured directly from temple or vendors who supplies directly from temple. In India availability of human hair is not easier one. So we pay advance to brokers (agent) through out the country. We offer special price for curly, long hairs to our agents.

• Segregation of raw material: The raw material reached should be properly labeled / coded and then these are sorted on the basis of their quality.

• Hair hackling: During this process ensure the mixing of cuticles does not happen and then the bundles are made depending on single donor. We remove the shorter hair and lice and nits.

• We maintain health and quality in all our range of human hair. Therefore we procure this hair which is pre washed several times. Washing in mild shampoos / conditioners.

• Only Natural drying of hair and not blow dry etc.

• During wefting, quality of stitch is good should be good. We ensure double wefting is done to minimise shedding. After this we will processing different sizes (range from 10”-40”), all kinds of color, and various styles according to the requirement of our customers.

• Application of special glue during wefting process which provides excessive strength to the weft and this further minimises shedding.

• Measurement of Length and weight before packaging.
