TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By ordering OSNOVA INC. products you are agreeing to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Terms are subject to change at any time with prior notice.

 

PRICING

  • We reserve the right, with prior notice, to discontinue products or change specifications and prices on products. Prices always refer to one limit and are FOB India. Packaging is always included in our price; however if the customer requires specific packaging. They will be charged accordingly. Please contact OSNOVA INCORPORATION for additional information.

 

ACCOUNTS & ORDER TERMS

  • A credit application accompanied by the customer’s certificate of resale is required to open an account. All accounts will be opened as pro-forma. Open credit terms will be considered on a case by case basis after the first pro-forma order. Pro-forma orders will require a 70% deposit; with the order and the balance prior to shipping from India. All pieces are the property of OSNOVA INC until payment in full is received. OSNOVA INC reserve the right to defer the dispatch date until the balance of the order is received.

 

LEAD TIMES

  • Production time is between 8 to 10 days. Delivery time is not included. For pieces with custom specifications or orders of large quantities we reserve the right to agree with the customer on a time of delivery.

 

FREIGHT POLICY & DAMAGE CLAIMS

  • Title passes to the purchaser at the time the goods are picked up by the carrier in India. All products are carefully packed and inspected prior to shipment. The refusal of damaged merchandise in no way relieves the purchaser of responsibility for payment of goods. We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. Should visible or concealed damage occur in transit, immediately notify the delivering carrier with initial notification of intent to file a claim. Please note failure to report concealed damage within 10 days of receipt will result in the denial of your claim. Any damage should also be communicated to OSNOVA during the first 48 hours after receiving the order; photographic evidence of the damages should be sent via email to info@osnovacorp.com

 

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

  • No returns will be accepted without written consent from OSNOVA INC. Unauthorised returns will be refused at the customer’s expense.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Merchandise is manufactured upon the receipt of the order and deposit. Cancellations will not be accepted after 3 working days from the order issue date. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to any cancellations received after the order issue date.

 

CONTRACT/HOSPITALITY ORDERS

  • OSNOVA has the ability to customize existing products or new products to meet contract specifications. These orders will necessitate special pricing based on quantity and features. Please contact OSNOVA for contract quotes.

 

DISTRIBUTION POLICY

  • We reserve the right not to sell to, or continue to sell to, any dealer whose distribution or sales tactics result in a negative effect on our ability to compete and sell into region.

 

PRODUCT STANDARDS

  • Each OSNOVA Hair is hand picked and 100% human hair. While every efforts is made to maintain uniformly, slight variations may occur.

 

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

OSNOVA INC. specialises in human hair extensions production and sales, and devote ourselves in providing you premium quality of hair extensions with reasonable price. 

In order to offer you secure shopping circumstance, we are launching ‘ Exchange & Return ’ policy from now.

 

 

DEFINITE DETAILS BELOW:

  1. The customer who isn’t satisfied with our products, please contact us by email info@osnovacorp.com within 48 hours to make         application of “exchange or return” since you sign for your goods. Overdue, this item is not available.

 

  2. There won’t be any restocking fee charged for exchange, but clients may have to undertake the shipping fee. For refund cases, the                 shipping fee and restocking fee will be taken off from your refund. 

 

  3. Please email us with pictures of the goods that you intend to return or exchange for our reference.

 

  4. In order to make sure that we are able to receive your returned package, please be sure to contact us before sending it back, and give us       a tracking number. We have every right to refuse to sign for the package if you send it back without our permission! Otherwise, you             will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.

 

  5. The above is applied for the in-stock hair extensions, excluding any custom hair extensions . Please make sure the hair have NOT been       cut, tampered and altered in original condition and packaging.
